This seascape I've painted last year at the wonderful wild beach near Antalya. It was the bright and windy day, the sea was a bit touched with a ripple and small waves. The cliff and stones on the foreground hide a tiny pebble edge. A big stone rises above the water serves a resting place for a lonely seagull. I tried to express the gorgeous turquoise blue shades of the sea, sparkling with flecks of sunlight, fast-changing and vibrant. It's was an Autumn time, the horizon was a bit cloudy and the sea was not calm, but the heat of Mediterranean afternoon is still strong and bring its warm ochre shades to all the landscape around.
