To paint this flower piece I was inspired by the beautiful colors of gladiolus. I find the harmony of carmine red and warm yellow really fantastic.

Also, I like an amazing difficult form of flowers, pointed reefing petals, splendor and glitter of gladiolus. The texture of petals is shimmering on the light and that was a challenge to depict. I tried my best to show the individual character and unique shape of each flower on the stem.

This bright and spirited painting could beautifully decorate any kind of interior, as modern, as well as classic.
