A sunset watercolor made on the wonderful Mediterranean coast of Turkey. I was inspired with the last splashes of purple and gold rays of the sun going down. The soaring outlines of the mountains in the background seem to dissolve in a haze. Painting made in an impressionistic manner, full of light and transparent texture.

The painting is made on a coarse grain, well textured paper using watercolors. Recommendation for exposition: frame with glass and cardboard down.
